Gender Equality Plan (GEP) for C-Questra. We, the top management of C-Questra, hereby formally commit to implementing and maintaining a comprehensive Gender Equality Plan (GEP) in accordance with the Horizon Europe eligibility criterion. This plan demonstrates our dedication to promoting gender equality within our organization and in our research and innovation activities.
Commitment & Resources
C-Questra pledges to allocate sufficient resources and expertise to implement this GEP effectively. We will:• Designate a team responsible for GEP implementation and monitoring• Allocate an annual budget for gender equality initiatives• Provide necessary tools and infrastructure to support GEP activities
Data Collection & Monitoring
We commit to collecting and analysing sex-disaggregated data on personnel (and students, where applicable) to inform our GEP and measure progress. This includes:• Annual collection of gender-related data across all organizational levels• Regular analysis of data to identify areas for improvement• Annual reporting based on specific indicators to track progress
Training & Awareness
C-Questra will implement comprehensive training programs to promote gender equality awareness:• Mandatory gender equality training for all staff members• Specialized training on unconscious gender biases for decision-makers• Regular awareness-raising activities and campaigns
Key Focus Areas
Our GEP will address the following recommended content-related areas:• Work-life balance and organizational culture• Gender balance in leadership and decision-making• Gender equality in recruitment and career progression• Integration of the gender dimension in research and teaching content• Measures against gender-based violence, including sexual harassment
Implementation & Review
This GEP will be:• Published on our organization's website and actively communicated internally• Reviewed and updated annually to ensure continuous improvement• Supported by action plans with clear targets and timelines.
